A fully furnished Hello Housing residence includes everything you would expect. All rooms are fully decorated to make them feel like home. Electric household equipment such as a laundry machine, a dryer, a coffee maker, an iron, a water boiler, etc. are included. Furthermore, the residence comes with the necessary linens and a complete set of tableware.
The minimal rental period is one month.
Most of Hello Housing’s residences are apartments, which range in size from 80m2 to 180m2. All apartments have a minimum of one (2 beds) and a maximum of three (6 beds) bedrooms.
The rental price of a fully furnished residence lies between €2,750 and €3,900 per month, depending on the size and location of the residence. These rental prices always include:

– Final cleaning
