Blog: Hungry for more!
With the end of the year in sight, we are already working hard on our objectives for the year 2022. Despite the uncertain times we found ourselves in, 2021 was a good year for us, in which we managed to optimise our services and continued to add to our considerable portfolio of furnished flats in The Hague and Rotterdam. We have to admit, we are rather proud.
Rotterdam: still going strong
Rotterdam is a completely different city to The Hague, but it quickly became apparent that our serviced apartments are very popular here as well. We will continue to expand and add new complexes to bring joy to even more expats in 2022. With the addition of the Terraced Tower and De Zalmhaven, two magnificent complexes, we have already made great strides.
The Hague is buzzing too
The Hague is where it all began for Hello Housing and it is still an important city for expats to this day. That’s why our goal is to keep updating our offerings in the country’s political capital. Behind the scenes, we are working on two fantastic new-build complexes that are sure to delight our expats. One thing is certain: we won’t be leaving The Hague any time soon.
Next year
Amidst the expansions in Rotterdam and The Hague, we are also looking to appeal to a broader demographic next year. What does this mean? At present, we only offer high-end, fully furnished homes and true all-in rental. We’ve thought of it all, from the TV and WiFi connection to the cups and cutlery. All you have to do is pack your suitcase and make sure it reaches your new flat. That’s it! That being said, you could always hang your favourite painting or put up some photos to create a real home away from home.
Last year, we noticed that homes in a slightly lower price range are also in high demand. In order to help more expats find a home, we will be launching a slightly lower-priced line of apartments next year, without letting go of the service levels you have come to expect from us!
